Many nurse educators assume that since they can teach they can facilitate. In fact, these are two very different skill sets.  This session provides facilitation skill building and what to do when things go awry. Practice your skills, receive feedback from peers, and post assessment coaching.  Leave this session with greater confidence and clarity.  Ongoing support is included, every participant is given the option of joining a “Group Me” session for support and feedback.   Receive preassessment, postassessment and personal coaching.
